You can earn your rewards in a variety of participating hotels and locations, and redeem a free night at yet a different participating hotel—you are not restricted to staying within one particular brand-family of hotels. For those who don't always stay at the same hotel chain, this is a rare and valuable find.
Enjoy your free nights wherever and whenever you want. After you stay 10 nights at any hotels.com partner property priced at $40 or more, you earn one free night at any hotels.com partner property. Whether it's a motel in Milwaukee or a bed and breakfast in the Bahamas, a five-star resort in the Bay Area or a night in the heart of New York City, wherever you stay, it counts. Anywhere, anytime, with no blackout dates to worry about.
How It Works
Sign up for a hotels.com account and enroll in welcomerewards™ on the website or call customer care agents toll free at (800) 246-8357. If you already have a hotels.com account, simply log in to your account and join welcomerewards™ from your "My Account" page.
Sign in to your account before booking a partner property priced at $40 or more at hotels.com, or tell a customer care agent that you are a member of the welcomerewards™ program when making a booking.
After you complete your stay, your credits will automatically be added to your account. You can check your account balance by signing in to your account and checking your "welcomerewards™ Activity" page, or by calling customer care.
After you have stayed a total of 10 nights, hotels.com will automatically credit you with a free night at any partner property offered by hotels.com, up to $400 in value. Simply log into your account before making a booking, and you will be given the option to use your free night. You can choose to use your free night on your very next booking, or save if for a future trip. You can also book your free night by calling customer care.
Terms and Conditions
Open to U.S. residents who are 18 or older and have a valid email address. When you book and complete ten (10) nights at a hotels.com Price Match Guarantee property priced at $40 (U.S. dollars) or more, you will earn one (1) free night at any hotels.com Price Match Guarantee property. Package bookings and bookings made using a coupon do not qualify. Maximum value of free night is $400 before taxes and fees. Subject to complete Terms and Conditions.
