Copper Mountain and Winter Park Partner with Frontier Airlines to Offer Travel Deals
If you're waiting for a good reason to visit Copper Mountain or Winter Park, Colo., here it is: airfare deals, 2-for-1 lift ticket deals and bonus frequent flyer miles pretty much make it a no brainer.
Intrawest Colorado (operator of Winter Park/Mary Jane and Copper Mountain) and Frontier Airlines have renewed their relationship for the third year, making Denver-based Frontier Airlines the official airline of Intrawest Colorado. The partnership provides skiers and riders from across the country with exclusive airfare deals on Frontier and special deals on the slopes of Winter Park and Copper Mountain during the 2006/07 winter season.
Frontier passengers who fly between Nov. 3, 2006, and April 15, 2007, can redeem their boarding pass receipt at any Copper Mountain or Winter Park lift ticket window to receive a 2-for-1 lift ticket. In contrast to prior years, there are no blackout dates for this offer so passengers can redeem their tickets any day of the week throughout the entire 2006/07 ski season.
In addition, Copper and Winter Park Rocky Mountain Super Pass holders who ski or ride 15 days are eligible to earn 5,000 Early Returns frequent flyer miles from Frontier.
The partnership also provides the following benefits for Frontier and Intrawest Colorado:
• Web presence on partners' websites to promote easy booking and travel planning
• Special offers to frequent fliers and frequent skiers through loyalty programs
• Employees of both Frontier and Intrawest Colorado have access to employee-specific deals and promotions
